2.           The majority of the Solutions focus on tech aspects, while SDOI focuses on Service Management: who is responsible for any aspect of the service, how the issues are to be tracked, what is the escalation matrix to report an issue. SDI looks at service development from customer’s perspective and focuses on customer from the early stages. SDI also looks at the operational aspects of service: responsible zones, what tool/process is to be used for variety of questions, etc. SDI therefore helps to mitigate the risk of silo-mentality in service design by ensuring the ideas are exchanged and developing work community experience.

3.           We offer standardized approach to SDI which reduces the costs and risks by having defined deliverables and improved governance based on wide and deep experience. This approach also ensures our compliance with agreed standards/legislations, e.g., ISO/IEC 20000:2018, 27001, GDPR, SOX.

4.           SDI team has experience in process and service design with facilitation from various ITSM tools, e.g., ServiceNow, TRIOLE Service Desk, HP Service Manager.
