Chris has been with the company since its inception in 2016. He has over 20 years of experience in international IT services, leading service delivery operations and major customer accounts. He brings to the company a strong background in commercial and account management as well as building and managing high performance teams.
Chris’s strong belief in building open and collaborative relationships with customers and the need for flexibility to adapt to customer’s changing needs are key to the company’s ways of working and culture.
Many companies have a power behind the throne who keeps all the critical business operations running in the background and make the whole operation work, and in our case that is Olga. Olga brings to us a wealth of experience across legal, financial and business management roles. She has been leading all our internal business functions for over five years and is a key member of our senior management team, always bringing the needed common sense, attention to detail and professionalism.
Vojkan is responsible for various global customers from major industrial sectors including retail, manufacturing and pharmaceutical. His teams have successfully transitioned and provided service to partners across the globe from US to Japan.
Over a 10+ year career in professional services, Vojkan was forged in the fires of some of the biggest global companies. He has started as a service desk agent and worked his way to leading some of the biggest teams in the global portfolio. His biggest goal in business is to grow people from within and retain the quality people in the company, while providing the exceptional service to our customers and partners.
Kirill has fulfilled a variety of roles for us across business and system analysis, fiscal architect, product ownership and project leading. He currently works as an Analyst and Product Owner on a digital transformation project at a leading international retailer.
Yulia has extensive experience in providing service, and has grown from technical engineer to operational management. She currently leads our retail support service which comprises a team of experts supporting international retailers’ critical business and applications and infrastructure.
Regina is dedicated to building processes, bringing order to chaos, and finding ways to optimize and automate internal operations. She upholds the quality management system and ensures smooth workflows across internal business functions.
