The customer needed to modernize and streamline workstation management across a global infrastructure while transitioning to cloud solutions. Key objectives included managing thousands of workstations, standardizing processes, integrating CDS software with a centralized LIMS, and optimizing monitoring systems.

Solution

Workstation Management

Password Management

• Standardized local administrator password management by implementing Microsoft LAPS, ensuring centralized control across thousands of devices.
