In June 2022, ICL Services and Solutions d.o.o., Belgrade, Serbia, was sold to its local Serbian management team. At the same time, this company was renamed to GDC Services and Solutions d.o.o., Belgrade. The company is no longer owned by ICL group of companies. This decision was made to ensure the development of GDC Services and Solutions d.o.o. business, as well as the preservation of workplaces for the employees of this company and continuation of delivery of services to customers.
GDC Services and Solutions d.o.o., operating under the GDC Services brand, carries out its operational activities, pays taxes and processes data on the territory of Serbia in accordance with the legislation of this state and the applicable regulations of the European Parliament and the European Commission, since Serbia has the status of a candidate for EU membership.
